Limboworld launcher Portable mode

As long this file exists in the same directory as Limboworld.exe
or Limboworld.jar the downloaded data and runtime will be saved 
in same directory. However, if you want to save data and runtime 
files in your My Documents folder, you can remove this file or 
rename it so no portable.txt file exist.

You can safely remove this file but understand 
your My Documents folder will hold all the data.
